Masters
OAQM operates year round and is for athletes 18 and older of all ability levels (swimming physical rehabilitation to triathlon training). During coached practices the coach develops the workout and provides feedback and instruction.

Practice Time Change:
When the high school water polo season is over (about the 2nd week of November), practice times will change to the following:
*Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 4:30-6:00pm
*Wednesday 4:00-5:00pm
Annual Fee
Drop-in Splash rate: If you are visiting from out of town and looking for a practice, we have a drop-in splash rate of $10 per swim or $20 per week and you must be a current member of USMS
All OAQM athletes are required to be a member of U.S. Masters Swimming. Registration is $60.00 per year. Register for USMS here.
