Registered Masters Program
A Masters Program With U.S. Masters Swimming.
OAQM operates year round and is for athletes 18 and older of all ability levels (swimming physical rehabilitation to triathlon training). During coached practices the coach develops the workout and provides feedback and instruction.

Practice Times: 5:00-7:00pm
Masters swimmers will still only have an hour to swim, but they can choose any time during that two hour gap to swim.
Cost: $80 per month
Annual Fee
Drop-in Splash rate: If you are visiting from out of town and looking for a practice, we have a drop-in splash rate of $10 per swim or $20 per week and you must be a current member of USMS
All OAQM athletes are required to be a member of U.S. Masters Swimming. Registration is $60.00 per year. Register for USMS here.

Whether it is just doing a little cardio or training for a competition, we want to help all athletes to meet their goals. Masters athletes come from all kinds of backgrounds and our coached practices will try to facilitate all ability levels.
